This is an original sketch from the picture book Make Meatballs Sing; the life and art of Corita Kent. Being it is a sketch it has smudges, scribbles, crinkles, and all. My sketches are probably my favorite thing as they hold that energy of discovery and exploration.
This sketch also has some texture play in the back!
